Refund policy

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0370-0073440 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s directly to Plot # 1-B, Street # S-4, RCCI Industrial Estate, Rawat, Islamabad, once we receive your products at Dailywellness we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Dailywellness, We will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

2. What are the shipping charges & time?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 850/. Shipping may take 2-4 days.

3. How do I return Dailywellness products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Dailywellness products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased Dailywellness products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
